Seasons Greetings!

As the year comes to a close, we want to express our gratitude for our family, friends, colleagues and clients. With your support,  it has been a gift to be able to lean into our work to uplift the voices of those who have been systematically excluded. And to co-create transformative experiences that lead our clients towards equity and justice.

We are excited to officially share the news about the launch of The Creative Discourse Group, LLC (formerly known as Creative Discourse). This new business is the result of our own internal process of transformation. We began this journey with a series of conversations with our Associates which began In August of 2020 and led to a collective vision and shared values to guide our work. As a result we changed our business model from a sole proprietorship to a full partnership led by Dr. Nadia Mitchell and Susan McCormack. The Creative Discourse Group has expanded our network of talented Associates and we are looking forward to continuing our work to help community and organizational leaders solve complex problems, and build the relationships needed to move toward a more equitable and just society.
