Molly is equal parts strategist, facilitator, designer, and change-maker. In 2020, she founded Molocollaborative, a consultancy that helps people and organizations design for inclusion, creativity and deep engagement. Trained as a learning researcher and with two decades in nonprofit leadership, she’s  focused her career on understanding human potential, designing for learning, and leading transformational change.

Molly holds a PhD in education from U.C. Santa Cruz, where she was awarded a National Science Foundation fellowship with the Center for Informal Learning and Schools, pioneered research on learning outside of schools, and presented her work internationally. After 20 years in education, Molly pivoted to focus on learning in the workplace. Her accomplishments have included advising Senator Becca Balint in statewide community engagement, launching DEI initiatives at ECHO and Let’s Grow Kids, convening community-wide conversations about race in Burlington, and supporting leadership development at King Street Center and NOFA Vermont.
