KRISTA SIRINGO, MEd. (she/her)
Krista Siringo has a Master's degree in Counseling from Springfield College and spent six years working as a career counselor at Middlebury College. She lives with her family in Bristol, Vermont. Krista has worked to foster effective dialogue and community in a variety of environments. She currently chairs the Community Engagement Committee of the school board of the Mount Abraham Unified School District. In this role, she has collaborated with Sue McCormack to put into place systems, practices and opportunities that deepen community involvement and input into the decisions being made in our school system. Krista brings both her counseling background as well as her experience parenting a child with a physical disability to this work. As the MAUSD contemplates significant changes in response to the challenge of declining enrollment and increasing costs, Krista is especially focused on working to build a future for the District that is designed and committed to embracing equity and inclusion.
