Ashley Michelle Fowler is an independent consultant and hospital administrator with over 15 years of experience and education in topics of diversity, equity, inclusion, social justice, and intercultural communication. She holds a Master of Education in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Public Communication with a minor in Community and International Development, both from the University of Vermont. Ashley Michelle currently serves as the Administrative Program Manager in the Patricia S. Levinson Center for Multicultural and Community Affairs in the Office for Diversity and Inclusion in the Mount Sinai Health System in New York, and is a PhD student at Pacific University in Forest Grove, OR, studying barriers in the healthcare system for Black men in the United States.
